Many of us rank our families among our highest priorities. Our family members, whether chosen or born into it, are the ones we lean on when times go tough; however, dynamics are present in any relationship. Both the positive and negative effects of our family dynamics on our mental health are substantial. For this reason, knowing your family history and how it has influenced you is crucial. Let's take a look at some families that have healthy dynamics and some that don't, including toxic ones. Afterwards, we will go over several ways you might strive to create harmonious family relationships.

Anxiety and chaos may ensue at home as a result of this behavior. This family dynamic is one in which members may express their anger or frustration indirectly, such as through sarcasm, silent treatment, or other passive behaviors. Healthy family dynamics
